If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any item is missing:
Once verified, we will replace the affected product(s) as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
If the incorrect product is delivered, please notify us within 48 hours at orders@betterbeing.co.za. We will replace the product at our expense, provided it remains sealed and unused.
